Provide project coordination, SharePoint administration/knowledge management, and office administrative management support to ensure OPE office initiatives, information, and day-to-day activities are effectively organized and managed. The position will work with leadership, project leads, and staff across multiple teams and offices to coordinate projects, maintain SharePoint content, track assignments and deliverables, and support routine office operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, able to manage multiple priorities independently, and capable of identifying and escalating issues requiring management attention.

We also directly support the Department’s top executive leadership with ad hoc process improvement projects.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days telework. Business is conducted Monday through Friday during normal business hours except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
The compensation range for this position is $38.82 – $48.00 per hour. Compensation will be discussed in greater detail with candidates who advance in the interview process, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
