The Quality Assurance Analyst provides technical and administrative guidance to support software development and system implementation activities. This role ensures work products meet design specifications, user standards, and government requirements. The position supports quality oversight, schedule adherence, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful system delivery.

• Provide technical and administrative guidance to personnel performing software development tasks.
• Review work products for correctness, adherence to design concepts, and compliance with user standards.
• Review program documentation to ensure compliance with government standards and requirements.
• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with established schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to resolve issues and ensure user satisfaction.
• Make recommendations regarding approval of major systems installations.
• Prepare milestone status reports and system performance updates.
• Deliver presentations on system concepts to colleagues, subordinates, and end-user representatives.
• Support quality control and continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify and recommend corrective actions for process or compliance deficiencies.
• Approximately four (4) years of experience in quality assurance, software development oversight, or related field.
• Experience reviewing software development work products and documentation.
• Knowledge of government standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to evaluate system design and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing reports and conducting presentations.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in a related field required;
