The Program Manager III provides senior-level management and technical direction for assigned programs and personnel. This role assumes full responsibility for program performance across technical, contractual, administrative, and financial domains. The position exercises independent judgment and advanced analytical expertise to resolve complex organizational, operational, and strategic challenges while ensuring successful program execution.

• Provide senior management and technical direction to program personnel.
• Assume full accountability for program performance, including technical execution, contractual compliance, administrative oversight, and financial management.
• Manage all aspects of program activity to ensure successful performance and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical and financial reports to Corporate management and customers.
• Maintain direct customer engagement to ensure conformity with all contractual obligations.
• Proactively identify future requirements and support Corporate leadership in business development and strategic planning efforts.
• Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive Program Management Plan guiding all functional program activities.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management processes.
• Lead resolution of complex technical, administrative, and managerial issues.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinate supervisors and program staff.
• Approximately eight (8) years of experience in program or project management or related field.
• At least four (4) years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical, financial, contractual, and administrative program components.
• Experience preparing executive-level technical and financial reports.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience maintaining high-level customer relationships and contractual compliance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-functional program environments.
• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a related discipline required;
OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
