Overview

The Account Manager develops and maintains strategic relationships with organizational executives and client stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role monitors performance, aligns services with client requirements, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational and contractual objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational strategy and client requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, and customer stakeholders.

  • Serve as liaison between the organization and clients to monitor service delivery performance.

  • Review and analyze service metrics to ensure client satisfaction and contractual compliance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to address performance concerns or emerging client needs.

  • Prepare reports and briefings on account performance and customer feedback.

  • Support development of strategies to enhance client retention and engagement.

  • Monitor executive satisfaction and proactively address concerns.

  • Ensure alignment between operational delivery and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Approximately five (5) years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or related field.

  • Demonstrated experience managing executive-level client relationships.

  • Experience monitoring service performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and present findings to leadership.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Professional presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field required;
OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
