The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to one or more Senior Executives. This role serves as a trusted liaison and primary point of contact for executive communications while managing complex schedules, confidential information, and executive correspondence. The position supports executive leadership by ensuring efficient coordination of activities, accurate documentation, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Provide sensitive and highly visible administrative support to a Senior Executive or small group of executives.
Serve as a primary point of contact for executive correspondence and inquiries.
Draft, edit, and produce executive-level correspondence, memoranda, briefings, and reports.
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination, including prioritization of competing demands.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical support.
Prepare materials for meetings, briefings, and presentations.
Operate and maintain proficiency in Office Suite software applications and standard office equipment.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures when supporting executive decisions.
Administer specialized programs or initiatives as assigned.
May act as proxy for the executive in designated administrative matters.
Coordinate communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
Maintain organized records and documentation in support of executive operations.
Approximately six (6) or more years of experience providing executive-level administrative support.
Demonstrated experience managing complex schedules and prioritizing executive demands.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Office Suite software applications.
Experience handling highly confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree required;
OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
