Overview

The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations and contribute to a productive, professional working environment. This individual will assist in maintaining a productive and professional office environment, including front desk coverage, supplies management, scheduling coordination, and general clerical tasks

As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, the Administrative Assistant helps set the tone for a welcoming, professional, and efficient office environment. Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls to the main office line
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support office operations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Arrange travel for staff in accordance with company policies
  • Greet and assist office visitors and maintain visitor log
  • Help maintain an organized, neat, and professional office environment
  • General admin support, as needed: filing, document and communication preparation, scheduling assistance

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office management experience; advanced education may substitute for experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Able to work independently while supporting a team environment

Physical Requirements:

  • This position involves occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of materials weighing up to 25 pounds, including boxes of printer paper and other office supplies. These tasks are considered essential job functions. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

 

Location / Work Hours
This is an on-site position based at Ardent Eagle Solutions’ corporate office in Tampa, FL.

 

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM eastern
The employee will not work on days when the corporate office is closed, including federal holidays and any other company-designated closures.

 

Telework is not permitted for this role.
