We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join our growing recruitment team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the full recruitment lifecycle and build a career in talent acquisition. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will support sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes to help bring top talent into the organization.

Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid schedule — work remotely two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and join us in our Tampa office the other three days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). We’ve designed this approach to foster both flexibility and in-person connection with our teammates.
In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our hiring process — connecting with people, building relationships, and helping us find the right talent to join our mission. This is a hands-on, phone-heavy position, perfect for someone who enjoys talking to new people every day and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
Proactively reach out to potential candidates by phone, email, and online platforms to introduce opportunities and spark interest.
Conduct friendly, informative phone screens to learn more about candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate details so the process runs smoothly for both candidates and hiring managers.
Keep candidate information organized and up-to-date in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay in regular contact with candidates to answer questions, share updates, and keep them engaged.
Pitch in at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities as needed.
Help welcome new hires during onboarding so their first days are a great experience.

Experience: 0–2 years of recruiting or related HR experience (military experience, internships, and/or part-time experience considered).
Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and employment law fundamentals.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with an ATS or CRM is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
